FAQ

How the consultation works, who reviews your case and how we protect your data. If you can't find your question, ask the doctor in your consultation.

How it works

How does the online consultation work?

You choose the reason for your consultation and answer a clinical questionnaire of around 5 minutes, designed by doctors for that specific problem. A registered doctor reviews your answers and replies in writing in your patient area, with their assessment and your treatment plan. We email you when your reply is ready, without ever mentioning the reason for your consultation.

What is Consultation and treatment?

It is the DuDoctor service that combines, in a single step, a consultation with a registered doctor and your treatment: you fill in an online questionnaire and receive their written reply in less than 15 minutes, with follow-up messages included.

How long does the doctor take to reply?

Our aim is to reply in less than 15 minutes. If the doctor needs any further information to assess your case, they will write to you first in your patient area, so keep an eye on the email address you have given us.

Do I need an appointment or a video call?

No. The whole process is in writing: you answer the questionnaire whenever suits you and read the doctor's reply whenever you like, from your phone or computer. And the conversation does not end there: if you have questions about the reply or want to report how you are getting on, you can write to the doctor from your patient area and attach images or documents if needed.

Safety and medical judgement

Who reviews my consultation?

A registered doctor. No reply is automatic: a person with medical training reads your full case, decides whether it can be handled remotely and signs their reply. If you write later in your consultation thread, it is also the medical team who answers.

Does the consultation include a treatment prescription?

Yes. A registered doctor reviews your health, your medication and your medical history and, in less than 15 minutes, replies in writing with your treatment prescription: how to follow it and what to watch for.

What happens if my case cannot be treated online?

The doctor will tell you clearly and explain what kind of care you need: your family doctor, an in-person specialist or, if there are warning signs, an emergency department. Some problems require a physical examination or tests, and recognising that is part of good medical care.

Can I use this service if I have an emergency?

No. This service does not handle emergencies and replies are not immediate. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, bleeding, loss of consciousness or any other serious symptom, go to an emergency department or call the emergency number in your country.

Privacy and data

Who can see my answers and my photos?

Only you and the service's medical team. The photos and documents you attach are not public or reachable through a link: they are only shown after logging in and checking that whoever requests them has permission to see them.

How is my health data protected?

Your answers, your messages and your medical history are stored encrypted, and the connection to the website is encrypted too. The emails we send you never include information about your health: they simply let you know there is news in your private area.

Can I download or delete my data?

Yes. From your patient area you can view and correct your details and download a complete copy. You can also ask us to erase them; bear in mind that healthcare regulations require medical records to be kept for a minimum period. You will find full details in the privacy policy.

Weight loss

How does the online weight loss consultation and treatment work?

The weight loss consultation and treatment is 100% online: you fill in a questionnaire about your health, your medical history and your goals, and a registered doctor assesses your case. In less than 15 minutes they reply in writing with your plan and your personalised treatment, and afterwards you can message them to adjust the plan as you progress.

What happens after the weight loss consultation?

The registered doctor replies in your patient area with their assessment and your weight loss plan. From there you can message them to tell them how you are getting on, ask questions or adjust the plan, without booking a new appointment. Follow-up by message is part of the treatment and helps you stay consistent.

Can I do the weight loss consultation from any country?

Yes. The weight loss consultation is online and available throughout Europe. All you need is a phone or a computer: you fill in the questionnaire whenever suits you and a registered doctor replies in writing. Your health data is handled in strict confidence and only the medical team can see it.

Can I get weight loss treatment through an online consultation?

Yes. The consultation includes a treatment prescription for weight loss: a registered doctor reviews your body mass index, your medical history and any medication you take, and replies in writing with a treatment tailored to you, how to follow it and what to watch out for. No appointment needed and without leaving home.

How much weight can I lose, and how quickly?

There is no single figure that applies to everyone, and you should be wary of anyone who promises one. Gradual, steady weight loss is healthier and easier to maintain than losing weight fast. The doctor sets realistic goals with you based on your starting point and reviews them in every follow-up message.

How much does online weight loss treatment cost?

The weight loss consultation and treatment costs €15/month with the subscription, billed at €45 every three months, with no minimum commitment. If you prefer a one-off consultation, the single payment is €35 and includes one consultation. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire, with no travel and no waiting.

Do I need a blood test to start treatment?

It is not essential to start the consultation. If you have had a recent blood test, mention it in the questionnaire: glucose, cholesterol or thyroid results help the doctor fine-tune your weight loss plan. When a new blood test is needed, the doctor explains which one and what it is for.

Hair growth

How does the online hair loss treatment prescription work?

The online hair loss treatment prescription starts with a questionnaire on your phone, with photos of the affected area. A registered doctor identifies your type of hair loss and in less than 15 minutes replies in writing with your personalised treatment. Afterwards you can message them for follow-up.

Does hair loss treatment work for women too?

Yes. Hair loss in women is common and treatable, although the causes and options differ from those for men. Pregnancy and breastfeeding affect what can be used, which is why the questionnaire asks about them and the registered doctor prescribes a treatment that is safe for your stage of life.

How much does online hair loss treatment cost?

Online hair loss treatment costs €15/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment and including follow-up with your doctor. If you prefer a one-off consultation, the single payment is €35 with one consultation included. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire and save yourself trips to a hair clinic.

Can I treat hair loss without going to a clinic?

Yes. The hair loss consultation and treatment is online and available throughout Europe: you do it from your phone, with no appointment and no waiting room. A registered doctor reviews your case, replies in writing in less than 15 minutes and follows your progress by message, in strict confidence.

How do I know which type of hair loss I have?

The questionnaire is designed to tell apart the most common types of hair loss: androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness), which progresses gradually at the temples or crown, and diffuse shedding caused by stress, childbirth or iron deficiency. From your answers and photos, the registered doctor identifies your pattern and explains which treatment suits you.

When will I see results from hair loss treatment?

Hair grows in slow cycles, so hair loss treatment takes consistency. Shedding usually slows down in the first few months, density starts to improve from the third or fourth month, and the clearest change comes at around one year. At first, shedding may increase for a few weeks: this is part of the hair cycle renewing itself.

Is hair loss treatment for life?

It depends on the type of hair loss. In androgenetic alopecia, the treatment works for as long as you keep it up: if you stop, hair loss usually resumes within a few months. In temporary hair loss, such as that caused by stress or iron deficiency, treatment lasts as long as needed to correct the cause. The doctor explains what to expect in your case.

Erectile dysfunction

What does the erectile dysfunction consultation and treatment include?

The erectile dysfunction consultation and treatment includes an assessment by a registered doctor, who reviews your health, your heart and your medication. In less than 15 minutes you receive your personalised treatment in writing, and afterwards you can message the doctor to adjust it. All online and completely discreet.

How much does online erectile dysfunction treatment cost?

The erectile dysfunction consultation and treatment costs €35 as a single payment with one consultation included, or €19/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment and follow-up with your doctor. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire, with no travel and no waiting rooms.

Is the erectile dysfunction consultation discreet?

Yes, it is completely confidential. You explain your situation in writing, with no video calls or waiting rooms, and only the medical team sees your answers, which are stored in your private area. The consultation is online and available throughout Europe, and a registered doctor replies in less than 15 minutes.

Is erectile dysfunction treatment safe?

Erectile dysfunction treatment is safe for most men when it is prescribed by a doctor. These treatments have been widely studied and used for decades, but there are situations, such as certain heart conditions or some angina medicines, where they must not be combined. That is why the questionnaire checks your cardiovascular health and your medication.

What if my erectile dysfunction is psychological?

Psychological erectile dysfunction is common, especially in younger men, and it can also be treated. If you still get spontaneous erections, the cause is usually anxiety, stress or pressure to perform. The doctor explains this and suggests a plan that combines treatment with practical steps to break the cycle of anticipation.

Why not just buy erection pills online?

Because you don't know what they contain or whether they are suitable for you. Many erection pills sold online without any control are counterfeits with unreliable doses or undeclared ingredients, and nobody checks your blood pressure, your heart or your medication first. An online medical consultation gives you the same convenience with the safety of a registered doctor.

Can erectile dysfunction be a warning sign of other health problems?

Yes, it can be an early sign. The arteries in the penis are very narrow and narrow down before those of the heart, so ongoing erection problems can be the first warning of a circulation problem, diabetes or a hormonal imbalance. That is why the consultation reviews your general health as well as the symptom.

Premature ejaculation

How does the premature ejaculation treatment prescription work?

You complete the questionnaire on your phone and a registered doctor reviews your premature ejaculation case. In less than 15 minutes they reply in writing with your treatment prescription: control techniques, guidance and personalised treatment. Everything is saved in your patient area and you can message the doctor afterwards with any questions.

Is premature ejaculation linked to anxiety or erection problems?

Yes, premature ejaculation is often linked to anxiety, stress or difficulty keeping an erection, which leads to rushing sex. That is why the questionnaire also asks about these aspects. The registered doctor takes the whole picture into account and suggests a plan that tackles the cause, not just the symptom.

How much does premature ejaculation treatment cost?

Premature ejaculation treatment costs €35 as a single payment with one consultation included, or €19/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment and follow-up by message with your doctor. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire, with no travel and no waiting rooms.

Is the premature ejaculation consultation confidential?

Yes, it is completely confidential. You describe your premature ejaculation in writing, in your own words and with nobody watching, and only the medical team sees your answers. The consultation is online and available throughout Europe, and a registered doctor replies in less than 15 minutes.

When is it considered premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation is when it regularly happens within about a minute of penetration, or sooner, without being able to delay it, and it causes distress. But how you experience it matters more than the number: if it frustrates you or makes you avoid sex, that is reason enough to seek help. Lasting less than you would like now and then is normal.

Can premature ejaculation be treated?

Yes, premature ejaculation can be treated, and it is one of the most common reasons men see a doctor. The doctor combines control techniques, which improve with practice, with specific on-demand treatment suited to your case. Many men use it only for a while, as they regain confidence and break the cycle of anticipation.

Do pharmacy remedies or supplements work for premature ejaculation?

Numbing gels and condoms reduce sensitivity and help some men, although they can also reduce sensation for your partner. The «miracle» supplements sold online have no scientific backing. Specific premature ejaculation treatment requires a medical assessment, which is why the consultation reviews your health and medication first.

Chlamydia

What does the chlamydia consultation and treatment include?

The chlamydia consultation and treatment includes an assessment by a registered doctor and a written reply in less than 15 minutes, with your treatment plan, guidance on telling your partners and follow-up messages. No appointment needed, 100% online and completely discreet.

How much does online chlamydia treatment cost?

The chlamydia consultation and treatment costs €35 as a single payment with one consultation included. The price covers the registered doctor's assessment, their written reply in less than 15 minutes and follow-up messages to answer your questions, with no appointment and no travel.

Is the chlamydia consultation confidential?

Yes, the chlamydia consultation is confidential from start to finish. You explain your situation in writing, without having to explain yourself face to face, and only the medical team sees your answers. It is online and available throughout Europe, so you can do it from home or while travelling, at any time.

My partner has chlamydia and I have no symptoms. Do I need treatment?

Yes. Chlamydia causes no symptoms in more than half of cases and the chance of passing it on is high. Getting treated at the same time as your partner is how you break the chain; if only one of you is treated, reinfection is very likely. This is called contact treatment and you don't need to wait for a test.

When can I have sex again after chlamydia treatment?

Wait 7 days after finishing chlamydia treatment, both you and your partner, even if it was a single-dose treatment. Before then you can still pass it on or get reinfected. If you have had several recent partners, the doctor advises you on an easy way to let them know.

Do I need another chlamydia test after treatment?

Generally you don't need to repeat the chlamydia test if you complete the treatment and your symptoms go away. A test of cure is recommended during pregnancy or when symptoms persist, and young people are advised to get screened again after a few months, because reinfection is common. The doctor tells you what applies in your case.

What happens if chlamydia is left untreated?

Untreated chlamydia can spread upwards and cause serious complications: pelvic inflammatory disease, chronic pelvic pain, ectopic pregnancy and fertility problems, in both women and men. That is why it is best to treat it as soon as it is detected or as soon as your partner tests positive, without waiting for symptoms.

Urinary tract infection

How does the cystitis treatment prescription work?

Can I do the UTI consultation while travelling?

Yes. The urinary tract infection consultation and treatment is online and available throughout Europe, so you can do it from your phone wherever you are, without having to find a local doctor. A registered doctor replies in less than 15 minutes and your information is handled in strict confidence.

Do I need a urine test to treat cystitis?

For an adult woman with typical cystitis symptoms and no warning signs, no: clinical guidelines support treating based on symptoms. A urine culture is reserved for recurrent infections, complicated cases or those that don't improve. The questionnaire collects exactly the information needed to tell them apart.

How quickly do UTI symptoms improve?

With the right treatment, urinary tract infection (UTI) symptoms usually ease within 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime, drink water often and avoid holding in urine. Fever, lower back pain or no improvement after three days need a new assessment, and you can message the doctor from your patient area.

Why does the questionnaire ask for so much information for cystitis?

Because the doctor needs to confirm that it is uncomplicated cystitis. Fever or lower back pain point to the kidneys, and diabetes, pregnancy or urinary tract problems change the treatment and how long it lasts. It's three minutes of questions that make the difference between treating properly and treating blind.

What should I do if I keep getting cystitis?

With three or more urine infections a year, it's worth going beyond treating each episode. Mention it in the questionnaire: the doctor reviews the factors behind recurrent cystitis and suggests preventive measures, from habits to specific treatment plans, with follow-up by message to see how you are doing.

Emergency contraception

What does the emergency contraception consultation and treatment include?

The emergency contraception consultation and treatment includes an urgent assessment by a registered doctor, who chooses the treatment based on how many hours have passed, your weight and your medication. They reply in writing in less than 15 minutes and afterwards you can message them with any questions, with no appointment and completely discreetly.

Does emergency contraception protect me for the rest of the month?

No. Emergency contraception only works for sex that has already happened; any later unprotected sex carries a risk again, even the next day. Use condoms until your next period and, from then on, your regular contraceptive method, properly prescribed.

How much does online emergency contraception cost?

The emergency contraception consultation and treatment costs €35 as a single payment with one consultation included. It is online and available throughout Europe, at any time: a registered doctor assesses your case and replies in less than 15 minutes, confidentially and with no appointment.

How long after sex can I take emergency contraception?

The sooner, the better: emergency contraception is most effective in the first hours after unprotected sex. Depending on the treatment, the window is up to 72 or 120 hours, and the doctor chooses the most suitable one based on the time that has passed. That is why the consultation is urgent and the reply arrives in less than 15 minutes.

Is the morning-after pill an abortion pill?

No. The morning-after pill works by delaying ovulation so that fertilisation does not take place. If a pregnancy has already started, it does not end it or harm it. That is why timing matters so much: it acts before ovulation, not after.

How do I know if emergency contraception has worked?

Your period is the confirmation: it usually comes on the expected date or a few days either side. If it is more than 7 days late, much lighter than usual, or you have severe abdominal pain, take a pregnancy test and message the doctor. Light bleeding a few days after taking it is common and is not your period.

Can I take emergency contraception more than once?

Yes, it can be taken more than once, even in the same cycle, although different treatments should not be mixed and your period will be more irregular. If it happens often, the important conversation is about your regular method: there are more effective and convenient options, and the doctor helps you choose yours by message.

PrEP for HIV

How does the online PrEP treatment prescription work?

You answer the questionnaire and upload your recent test results. A registered doctor checks the requirements for PrEP, replies in writing with your treatment prescription and agrees with you a schedule of tests and regular check-ups. Between check-ups you can message them with any questions.

I had a risky sexual encounter a few hours ago. Will PrEP help?

No. PrEP is pre-exposure, meaning it is for before the risk. After an exposure there is post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), which must be started as soon as possible and always within the first 72 hours. It is an emergency: go to an A&E department or call your country's emergency number without waiting for an online consultation.

How much does the online PrEP consultation cost?

The PrEP consultation and treatment costs €35 as a single payment with one consultation included. It is online and available throughout Europe: a registered doctor checks your requirements, replies in writing in less than 15 minutes and arranges your check-ups with you, in strict confidence and with no waiting rooms.

Who can take PrEP?

PrEP is for HIV-negative people with an ongoing risk of HIV exposure, whatever their gender or sexual orientation: for example, people who have condomless sex with different partners or who have a partner with HIV whose viral load is not undetectable. The questionnaire records your situation and the registered doctor goes through the requirements with you.

Do I have to take PrEP every day?

PrEP is taken daily for as long as you are at risk of exposure, but not for life. You keep taking it during the periods of your life when it makes sense and stop it in a planned way, in agreement with the doctor, when your situation changes. Stopping on your own is not a good idea, especially if you have hepatitis B.

Why do I need tests every three months on PrEP?

For three reasons: to confirm you are still HIV-negative, because taking PrEP with an undetected infection leads to drug resistance; to monitor kidney function; and to screen for other sexually transmitted infections, which PrEP does not prevent. This follow-up is what makes PrEP a safe prevention strategy.

Can I stop using condoms if I take PrEP?

That's your decision, but it helps to know what each one covers: PrEP protects very effectively against HIV and nothing else. Syphilis, gonorrhoea and chlamydia are still passed on just the same, and so are unplanned pregnancies. Many people combine both depending on the situation, and the doctor helps you think it through without drama.

What does the acne consultation and treatment include?

How much does online acne treatment cost?

The acne consultation and treatment costs €40 as a single payment with one consultation included, or €25/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment and follow-up with your doctor. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire, with no travel and no waiting lists for a dermatologist.

Can acne be treated online?

Yes. Acne can be assessed and treated online with your photos and a well-designed questionnaire. The consultation is available throughout Europe: you do it from your phone, a registered doctor replies in less than 15 minutes and follows your progress by message, in strict confidence.

How long does acne treatment take to work?

Skin renews itself slowly: most acne treatments start to show results between the sixth and eighth week. Some irritation in the first few weeks is normal while your skin adjusts. Stay consistent and message the doctor from your patient area to adjust the plan whenever you need.

Why do you ask for photos to treat acne?

Because acne treatment depends on the type and severity of the spots, and that is hard to assess from words alone. Photos let the registered doctor see whether there are blackheads, inflamed spots or scars. They are stored encrypted and only the medical team can see them.

Can I treat acne during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, with treatments suited to that stage. Some common acne treatments must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, which is why the questionnaire asks about it specifically and the doctor prescribes only options that are safe for you and your baby.

Is adult acne treated the same way as teenage acne?

The approach is similar, but adult acne tends to be more persistent, more inflamed and, in women, more strongly hormonal. The registered doctor takes this into account when choosing your acne treatment and planning follow-up, so that it suits your skin and your lifestyle.

Rosacea

How does the rosacea treatment prescription work?

You answer the questionnaire and attach photos of your face. A registered doctor assesses your type of rosacea and in less than 15 minutes replies in writing with your treatment prescription and advice on avoiding triggers. Afterwards you can message them to follow up on flare-ups.

Can rosacea affect the eyes?

Yes. In some people, rosacea also affects the eyes, causing dryness, stinging, redness or a gritty feeling. That is why the questionnaire asks about these symptoms and the doctor takes them into account in your plan. When the eye symptoms are severe, the doctor advises you to have them checked by a specialist in person.

How much does online rosacea treatment cost?

The rosacea consultation and treatment costs €40 as a single payment with one consultation included, or €25/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment. For a condition that comes in flare-ups, the subscription is useful because it includes follow-up by message with your doctor. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire.

Can I do the rosacea consultation from home?

Yes. The rosacea consultation is online and available throughout Europe: you take the photos with your phone in natural light and answer the questionnaire whenever suits you. A registered doctor replies in less than 15 minutes, with no waiting rooms and in strict confidence.

Can rosacea be cured?

Rosacea has no permanent cure: it is a chronic condition that comes in flare-ups. With the right medical treatment and by avoiding triggers, most people manage to keep it under control most of the time. Follow-up by message means the plan can be adjusted at every stage.

What makes rosacea worse, and what can I do?

The most common rosacea triggers are heat, sun, alcohol, spicy food and stress. It helps to wear sunscreen every day, cleanse your skin without rubbing and choose alcohol-free, fragrance-free skincare. Learning to spot your own triggers reduces flare-ups and complements the treatment.

Is it rosacea or acne?

They look alike, but they are not the same. Rosacea has no blackheads, but it does cause persistent redness, flushing and a burning feeling. Telling them apart matters, because some acne products irritate and worsen rosacea. The registered doctor assesses it from your photos and prescribes the right treatment.

Melasma

What does the melasma consultation and treatment include?

The melasma consultation and treatment includes an assessment of your dark patches by a registered doctor from your photos, a plan in cycles with sun protection, and follow-up messages to review your progress. You receive the reply in writing in less than 15 minutes, online and from anywhere in Europe.

How long does melasma treatment take to work?

Melasma usually starts to visibly improve after 8–12 weeks of treatment. The doctor prescribes it in cycles and reviews your progress with you through new photos, because using depigmenting products for too long can be counterproductive. Consistency and sun protection make the difference.

Can I treat melasma during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, melasma is managed mainly with strict sun protection and skincare that is safe for that stage, as some depigmenting products are not suitable. Mention it in the questionnaire: the registered doctor adapts your plan to your situation and explains what you can use now and what to leave for later.

How much does online melasma treatment cost?

The melasma consultation and treatment costs €40 as a single payment with one consultation included, or €25/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment and follow-up by message. As the plan works in cycles, the subscription lets you review your progress with your doctor. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire.

What is melasma and why does it appear?

Melasma is dark brown or greyish patches that appear mainly on the cheeks, forehead and upper lip. It is linked to sun exposure, visible light and hormonal changes, such as pregnancy or the contraceptive pill, and it has a genetic component. It is more common in women, although men can get it too.

Do melasma patches go away for good?

Melasma tends to come back with sun exposure and hormonal changes, even after good progress. The realistic goal of treatment is to visibly lighten the patches and keep them under control, with consistent sun protection and new treatment cycles when needed.

Is sunscreen really that important for melasma?

Yes, it is the foundation of all melasma treatment. The patches darken with small amounts of sun and even with visible light, including in winter and through windows. Without daily sun protection, no depigmenting treatment achieves lasting results.

Anti-ageing

How does the anti-ageing treatment prescription work?

You answer the questionnaire about your skin and your routine, and a registered doctor assesses your case. In less than 15 minutes they reply in writing with your anti-ageing treatment prescription and how to introduce it gradually so your skin can adjust. Afterwards you can message them to adjust your routine.

Can I use the anti-ageing treatment if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. This anti-ageing treatment is not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceive. As it is not an urgent treatment, it is best to wait until that stage has passed and do the consultation then. In the meantime, daily sun protection is the best anti-ageing care for your skin.

At what age should I start an anti-ageing treatment?

There is no set age to start an anti-ageing treatment: many people begin from their 30s, when the first fine lines or sun spots appear, and others later. What matters is the condition of your skin. The consultation is online and available throughout Europe, and a registered doctor assesses it in less than 15 minutes.

How much does online anti-ageing treatment cost?

The anti-ageing consultation and treatment costs €40 as a single payment with one consultation included, or €25/month with the monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment and follow-up by message with your doctor. You choose the option at the end of the questionnaire, with no trips to a clinic and no waiting rooms.

What is the difference between a medical anti-ageing treatment and a cosmetic cream?

A medical anti-ageing treatment has more scientific backing than conventional cosmetics. It belongs to a family of treatments with decades of research, and it works gradually on fine lines, texture and sun spots. It does not restore volume or replace aesthetic procedures, and its effect depends on consistent use.

What is the adjustment phase of anti-ageing treatment?

It is the initial period when your skin gets used to the anti-ageing treatment: in the first few weeks it may go a little red, feel tight or peel slightly. This is temporary and is managed by starting a few nights a week, moisturising well and following the plan. If you notice irritation, message the doctor from your patient area to adjust the pace.

When will I see results from anti-ageing treatment?

The first changes from anti-ageing treatment are usually visible from the second or third month, and the full benefit comes after six to twelve months of consistent use. The effect lasts as long as you keep up the habit, which is why follow-up by message helps you stick with your routine over time.

Have another question?

Ask the doctor within your consultation: they'll reply in writing, in your patient area.
